Dear Members,
I am pleased to launch the Tea Tree Gully Golf Club 2025 to 2028 Strategic Plan. This ambitious roadmap aims to provide a vibrant and prosperous future for our club, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional experiences for all Members and Guests.
This plan builds on our rich history while focusing on new opportunities that will position the Tea Tree Gully Golf Club as a leader in excellence and sustainability.
The plan was developed through input from Members (through the Members Survey and direct input) and Staff feedback. Working with external facilitators with significant golf experience has assisted the Board to redefine our Vision, Mission, Values, Strategic Pillars, Goals and Actions in line with the feedback provided.

Our Strategic Plan is a vision for a dynamic and prosperous future with opportunities to grow, improve, and celebrate everything that makes our club unique. While this is an exciting blueprint for the future, it is just the beginning of the journey. Our Board, Committees, and staff have much work ahead as they work hard to bring this vision to life. From implementing new initiatives to completing key projects, their dedication and efforts will be critical in achieving our goals.
We are committed to keeping you updated on our progress and sharing milestones along the way. Your support and engagement will play a key role in our collective success, and we encourage you to stay involved as we embark on this exciting journey together.
