Dear Members,
On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to inform you that Tea Tree Gully Golf Club has engaged Golf Business Advisory Services (“GBAS”) to assist with developing our next strategic plan.
GBAS is a renowned consultancy firm with extensive experience in the golf industry, specialising in strategic planning and business advisory services. Their expertise will be invaluable in guiding our club towards a sustainable and prosperous future.
The development of a new strategic plan is a critical step in ensuring that our club continues to meet the needs and expectations of our members while also positioning us for long-term success. With the support of GBAS, we aim to create a comprehensive plan that will address critical areas such as club operations, member services, facilities, and future growth.
Your input is crucial to the development of the next iteration of the club’s strategic direction. Members will have two opportunities for involvement: roundtable workshops and a survey.
The first step will be for GBAS to conduct focus group roundtable workshops. Various areas of club operations and member satisfaction will be explored during these workshops. Two focus groups are proposed, each comprising a balanced mix of our members. This feedback will be instrumental in informing the final questions for the member survey, ensuring that the survey allows for detailed responses in key areas. Our two member workshops will be held on Tuesday, 6 August, starting at 4.30 pm and 6.00 pm, respectively. Places in each workshop are limited to 15. To submit your expression of interest in attending a workshop, please email admin@ttggolfclub.com.au with your preferred workshop time.
A fully informed member survey. The survey is vital for the appropriate direction to follow from the finalised workshop results and to ensure that the pertinent issues are being measured and explored.
We will continue to seek input from our members throughout this process to ensure that the strategic plan reflects our membership’s collective vision and priorities.
We look forward to working closely with GBAS and our members to shape the future of Tea Tree Gully Golf Club.
Thank you for your continued support.
Yours sincerely,
Rob Foreman
