As more than one candidate has been nominated then the vacancy to be filled for the Match Committee, there shall be an election by ballot (clause 36.1). The ballot will be conducted electronically using a third party, with details to be provided soon.

Per clause 34 (Tenure of Office) of the Club’s Constitution, The Board of Directors calls for nominations for the following Board positions: –
- President
- Vice-President
- Director of Course, and
- Director of Women’s Golf
Per Clause 34.1, The President, Vice-President, Director of Course, and the Director of Women’s Golf shall hold office for two consecutive years and shall be eligible for re-election in even-numbered years.
To be eligible to nominate for the above positions, clause 35.1 states, “each candidate for election as a member of the Board must be an Honorary Life Member or a Playing Member with at least five consecutive years of playing membership of the Club”.

The following elected committee positions shall be eligible for election in 2024: –
- Course (1)
- House (1)
- Match (1)
- Finance (1)
- Women’s Golf (1)
To be eligible to nominate for the above positions, clause 35.2 states, “each candidate for election as a member of a committee must be either an Honorary Life Member or a Playing Member”.

Please note that no member is eligible for election to the Board or to a Committee whilst that member is an office-bearer of any other golf club in the metropolitan area (clause 35.4).
Nominations are to be delivered (electronically or in person) to the General Manager, Craig Sullivan-Brook, by 5 pm Saturday, 24 February 2024.
